APPLICATION FOR PARTNERSHIP

1. PROPOSE

STAGE 1A

1. Defining the partnership model

We have 4 cooperation models for you to choose: (1) Approved Learning Center; (2) Approved Recruitment Center; (3) Approved Tutor Center; (4) Approved EPA Center.

STAGE 1B

2. Finding a suitable academic program.

We offer training programs in a diverse range of fields, spanning from Bachelors’s to Ph.D. level. Additionally, we are proud to be the pioneers in implementing APEL.Q (Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning for Qualifications), a revolutionary system that award of academic qualifications to individual learners through the evaluation and assessment of prior experiential learning.

3. APPROVE

STEP 3A

5. Proposed Partnership Risk Assessment

Our aim is to work with you towards mutual benefits and advantages, ensuring a win-win partnership for both parties. We will provide support and guidance to achieve this goal.

STEP 3B

6. Final Approval

As soon as a successful partnership opportunity is found, our council will meet to proceed with the steps of partner approval.

STEP 3C

7. Appointment of an Academic Operational Lead

Depending on the type of cooperation, we will appoint a person in charge. This person will act as a bridge between you and us to implement formal cooperation steps.

STEP 3D

8. Scoping meeting

We will arrange an official meeting to discuss and agree on all aspects of the partnership, and initiate the process of official contract.

STEP 3F

9. Academic Partnership Agreement

We work with you to finalize the terms of the contract in the spirit of mutual benefit and our A.B.C Partnership standard.

4. DELIVER

STEP 4A

10. Training for partner’s staff

We will send you all your staff training and support materials.

STEP 4B

11. Registered and Send Partnership Approval Certificate

We send to our partner all approval and accreditation documents to help you prove to our students that you are our official partner.

5. MONITOR

STEP 5A

12. Annual Monitoring

We will meet every year to review our partnership. In these meetings we look forward to helping you succeed.

STEP 5B

13. Periodic Partnership Review

Prior to the end of the contract, we will engage in discussions with you to plan for the next phase of our partnership. This presents an opportunity for us to expand our collaboration and make any necessary adjustments for mutual success.
